Position Overview: 
Our client is seeking a highly skilled specialist with experience in Electrical, Electronic, 
and Electro-Mechanical (EEE) components for space projects, ideally with a strong 
understanding of ECSS standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality 
assurance, component qualification, and supplier management, along with experience 
preparing technical documentation. 

Key Responsibilities
● Performing electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical (EEE) component
related tasks in space projects in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-60C 
● Reviewing quality parameters and manufacturer information, and overseeing 
qualification programs for electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical (EEE) 
parts 
● Verification of quality parameters and supplier instructions and monitoring of 
quality programs 
● Responsible for the preparation of product and project documentation 
● Generation and review of the Declared Component List (DCL) 
● Approval of electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical (EEE) parts for space 
programs 
● Serving as customer interface for component related matters 
● Chairing meetings with customers and suppliers for component approval, as well 
as the generation of related minutes of meeting in English – Parts Control Board 
(PCBs) 
Activities will be performed in accordance with the definition of ECSS-Q-ST-60 space 
standards. 

Qualifications: 
● An engineering degree or a PhD in physics, electronics or a comparable 
qualification 
● Ideally several years of experience in the area of electrical, electronic and 
electro-mechanical (EEE) components assurance in the space industry 
● Knowledge of electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical (EEE) related space 
standards and tools (ECSS-Q Series) 
● Team-oriented with excellent communication skills 
● Independent work style and strong organizational abilities 
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
● Fluency in both spoken and written English
