Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Assurance (PA) Manager to join our client's team in Denmark. The PA Manager will oversee quality assurance and compliance procedures for a range of products and satellites. The role involves engaging with all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality standards and processes throughout the product lifecycle. Define metrics to measure quality and ensure consistent application.
  • Stay informed on space industry regulations and certifications, ensuring products meet all required standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in product design, manufacturing, and supply chain. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards. Oversee supplier audits and manage performance.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in product assurance, preferably in new space 
    projects.
  • Knowledge of space applications, including materials, electrical components, 
    and radiation testing.
  • Experience assessing hardware-software interaction reliability.
  • Familiarity with ECSS Q-standards and analysis techniques (FMEA, parts stress 
    analysis, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present product assurance and 
    quality systems effectively.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
