Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Assurance (PA) Manager to join our client's team in Denmark. The PA Manager will oversee quality assurance and compliance procedures for a range of products and satellites. The role involves engaging with all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality standards and processes throughout the product lifecycle. Define metrics to measure quality and ensure consistent application.
- Stay informed on space industry regulations and certifications, ensuring products meet all required standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in product design, manufacturing, and supply chain. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards. Oversee supplier audits and manage performance.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in product assurance, preferably in new space
projects. - Knowledge of space applications, including materials, electrical components,
and radiation testing. - Experience assessing hardware-software interaction reliability.
- Familiarity with ECSS Q-standards and analysis techniques (FMEA, parts stress
analysis, etc.). - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present product assurance and
quality systems effectively. - Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
