Position Overview:
Our client seeks a Proposal Manager to support project management in organizational
activities, planning, and cross-project coordination. Acting as a key partner in risk and
change management, you will ensure smooth project execution in a dynamic
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the first point of contact for organizational and planning aspects of
projects.
● Support project managers in scheduling, risk management, and change
management.
● Organize and implement regular project meetings.
● Prepare reports for internal project reviews.
● Implement cross-project resource planning.
● Act as a SCRUM master in projects, ensuring agile project planning and
execution.
Qualifications:
● Degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
● Several years of professional experience in project management.
● Knowledge and experience with agile project planning, including V-model (XT),
ITIL, SCRUM, ECSS.
● Expertise in scheduling, time planning, and risk management.
● Proficiency in presentation techniques.
● Excellent spoken and written English and German skills.
● Strong analytical skills and an organized way of working.
● Excellent communication skills and a high willingness to cooperate.
