Position Overview:

Our client seeks a Project Controlling & Contracts Manager to support exciting space projects from the initial offer calculation to contract negotiations and final execution. Acting as the commercial partner for project management, we oversee financial and contractual aspects, ensuring project profitability while navigating a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial and contractual matters in national and international projects, from tendering to execution.
  • Support project management in maintaining project profitability while aligning with company interests.
  • Use tools to evaluate project planning (e.g., cost-to-completion) and control project outcomes.
  • Manage all commercial aspects, including offer preparation, contract drafting, and negotiations.
  • Provide commercial support for potential contract changes, such as claims.
  • Contribute ideas and experience to internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial project controlling or contract management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a goal-oriented and independent approach.
  • Team player with resilience, assertiveness, and commitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP R3) is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
